





This guided food tour is on Tuscany’s pecorino cheese and features a visit to a Cortona sheperd with tasting of different varieties of pecorino plus ricotta and raviggiolo at the cheese farm. On request it is possible to book a private cheese-making class and learn how to make a real pecorino with your hands, starting from milk until you have made your personal cheese wheel.
