This private walking tour is dedicated to the visit of the evocative Camaldoli Hermitage and the nearby Monastery founded shortly after the year 1000, immersed in the National Park of Casentino Forests in an environment of rare beauty. The guided tour is done during access hours and with respect of silence and prayer, and gives you the incomparable possibility to explore the original cell where the founder St. Romuald lived, the churches, the ancient Farmacy where you find the unique productions of the monks. This half-day tour may be combined with a guided visit to Poppi.
